Our Get Set For Work Program supports young people in the Central Highlands and provides tools for personal growth and work readiness. Participants study the Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways as well as other training and receive individual support as part of a fun and engaging program. Get Set For Work has a network of stakeholders and offers referrals to other agencies to address complex barriers. As a result, participants have found jobs, apprenticeships, traineeships and pursued further training.
