Monthly Activities
When: 1st Sunday of the Month from 7.00 am until 12.00 pm
Where: Emerald Showgrounds
Every second Sunday of the month, Emerald Neighbourhood Centre has a team of Volunteers who provide conversation and afternoon tea for the residents of Emerald Avalon Aged Care Facility, 126 Borilla St, Emerald from 1.00pm until 4.00pm.

Fundraising Events
To celebrate the “Luck of the Irish”, we host a morning tea with raffles, prizes and yummy treats.
Together with the Cancer Council, we host a morning tea with raffles, prizes and yummy treats.
The Curry Night is our major fundraiser for the year. With the help of Volunteers and Staff we provide a variety of Curries and desserts. We also have great raffles and cent sale prizes up for grabs.
A fun night full of laughs, food, drink and great prizes.
A fun opportunity to test your general knowledge skills.
Our Volunteers
Volunteers are the backbone of our organisation!
Our volunteers help us with:
- Reception duties
- Food Prep/Cleaning/Serving for Catered Events
- Setting up for meetings
- Sorting community pantry items.
